The Director, ERP Platforms, will be responsible for leading an IT organization that implements, supports and enhances ERP Platform and applications. The successful candidate will have vast experience and expertise in leading ERP implementations and support in global deployments preferably in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. This person will be involved in the design and implementation of new modules and enhancement of existing components to support business requirements. The candidate will have a broad understanding of supporting finance, procurement and supply chain business capabilities with ERP technologies. Specific responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:
· Capability development –
o Devise and build an optimal delivery organization including functional experts, solution architects, developers, config/customization experts, QA, and maintenance and support.
o Devise and deploy a robust roll out process aligned to cloud ERP – including best practices, standards guidelines, tech and process assets
o Responsible for informing solution architects and business leaders on available capabilities to be used on the ERP Platform
o Responsible for ensuring technical integrity (including non-functional requirements) of solutions adhering to IT standards and policies – including formal review and signoff in conjunction with solution architects
o Own the hire, training and people development for the ERP capabilities
o Responsible for team to deliver roadmap, Implementation, upgrades, security and 24x7 support of ERP Platform, extensions and integrations.
· Delivery accountability
o Own accountability for overall roll out of ERP Platform & Applications
o Responsible for creation of non-functional and technical requirements, participating in further definition of functional requirements
· Support and Maintenance
o Responsible for ensuring uptime and integrity of ERP Platform & Applications, integrations and extensions 24x7x365
· Strategy Leadership
o Key role in creating rollout strategy, details out execution plan and owns accountability for the program success
· Stakeholder management and governance
o Map global stakeholders, establish and run a robust governance
o Ensure alignment with business architecture of the Financials, EPM, ERP domains, the internal architecture of the solution and enterprise architecture
